Welcome. These terms set out the simple ground rules for visiting our amusement park, booking a Ferris wheel ride and claiming your sign-up gift. By doing so, you agree to what's written here.
When you reserve a time slot we'll do our best to hold it for you. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the spot to another guest. We may release your slot if you're running very late without notice.
Our ride experiences and prices are shown in good faith and may change seasonally as weather and maintenance schedules require. If a specific time you've booked becomes unavailable, we'll always offer the closest alternative time with the best views.
For exclusive rides we ask for advance notice and may take a deposit. If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll work with you as flexibly as we can.
